SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 5 – 10 working days depending on your location. If you need your product urgently please choose express post.

We use Australia Post Satchels.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Unfortunately we are not offering International shipping at the moment.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?

For delivery within Australia we use flat rates that are determined on the weight of your parcel.

Up to 500g – $7.50

501 to 3kgs – $12.30

Over 3kgs – $16.00

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER WHO DO I CONTACT?

If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@laundryball.com.au

All satchels have a tracking number and if your order is over 3 weeks late, email us and we can find your tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Depending on your location it can take 5 – 10 working days. Please allow 2 weeks before contacting us.

RETURNS

If your larger ball has a problem, please send it back to :

Include a note with your details or a print out of your receipt. We will send you a new ball.

We no longer offer a 3yr Guarantee on the smaller balls as we have added the larger ball to the kit.

If after 3 months of use and following the instructions, you are not happy with the Laundry Balls, please send the whole kit (3 balls, refills and stain remover) back to:
